Healthy. Whole. Beautiful.
This is my mantra. This is what I meditate on when I want to push myself that extra mile, repetition, set, task, whatever it may be. This is what I focus on when I feel down, mistreated, hopeless, sick, ugly, incompetent, unworthy...All these lies people, women especially, tell themselves and all that damaging "self-talk."
This is my way of countering that. Inhale those three words and exhale all that negative self-talk.
You have one body, mind, and spirit. Take care of all of them. Feed them with the right things. Discipline yourself.
